T-SHIELD VP6

Designed specifically to meet the needs of law enforcement forces, T-SHIELD VP6 provides a high level of immediate protection during intervention or surveillance situations that can turn into violence.

It offers ballistic protection against handguns, rifles and particularly against ammunition from
Kalashnikov automatic rifles 7.62×39 M43 MSC. (Certified according to VPAM 6 standard)

The T-SHIELD VP6 shield combines performance, mass control, durability and affordable price.

Its shape and grip have been designed for everyday use, with a multi-grip handle in light alloy, an overall size of 475x700mm for body protection and an optimised weight that does not exceed 9 kg.

Edge protection reinforces the shield for tough everyday use.

In addition to the ballistic protection described below, the T-SHIELD VP6 is fireproof (Molotov cocktails, fireworks mortars, etc.), it is also resistant to all types of stabbing attack and is totally insensitive to water, humidity, shocks, etc.

An optional lighting and glare bar is attached to the shield by a hook-and-loop fastener.

Protections : 

T-SHIELD VP6 shields protect law enforcement and emergency personnel, especially first responders. Protection extends to the following types of aggression:

Rifles projectiles:

• 7,62×39 M43 MSC(*) accordinf to VPAM 6 standard
• 7,62×51 M80 (suivant NIJ0108-01 level3)

Handgun projectiles:

• Tokarev TT33 7,62 mm
• EN1522 level FB4 (9 mm FMJ, 44 MAG)
• NIJ 0108-01 level 3A (9 mm FMJ, 44 MAG)

Shotgun slug projectiles (EN1522 Brenneke)
