In the event of a dispute and unless there are mandatory legal provisions to the contrary, the competent courts in STRASBOURG (France) shall have sole jurisdiction, notwithstanding any multiplicity of defendants or third parties, even in respect of urgent, warranty, interim or ex-party proceedings.
